Common questions
Which exams does the app cover?
The Texas Life, Accident & Health and Texas Property & Casualty producer exams. Questions follow the published exam content outline, including the Texas law section. Other states are not covered yet.
I think a question or answer is wrong.
Open the question, tap the menu button, then Report a problem. Choose Email to support to send it straight to us, or save it and send all your reports later from Settings, Content and feedback, Export reports. Every report is read, and fixes ship in app updates.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with, then open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. You can also tap Restore on the upgrade screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app, open Settings and tap Manage subscription. Or on your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does my progress sync between devices?
Not yet. Your progress is stored only on the iPhone you study on, and it is not backed up to us. Your Pro purchase does carry over to any iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID.
How do I start over?
Open Settings in the app and tap Reset all progress. This deletes your answers, bookmarks, review schedule, saved quizzes and mock results. It does not affect your purchase.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Insurance Prep. The Question of the Day widget can be answered right from the Home Screen. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then add a widget.
Is this app affiliated with the state or the testing company?
No. Practice questions are study aids written from public exam outlines and insurance principles. They are not actual exam questions, and the app is not affiliated with any state insurance department, PSI, Pearson VUE or any course provider.
